Hi,

Can you tell me what software are you using, what settings, is it cutting out properly?

I am getting "not closed" objects. So i have heard that i need to adjust offcut, but i did not worked out for me.

So anything you would write will help me,
Thanks

depending what what software you are using

in signcutpro

manufacturer "creation"
cutter "cb730"
baud rate should be 38400
in the device manager in port/com settings, flow control should be "hardware"

if your useing the new signcut pro "1.97" delete it and re-install the old version seems to work better as the new signcut don't fully recognize our cutters yet.

Hi there,
For the cuts not closing, you would need to increase the blade offset value from 0.25 or 0.35 to 0.50.
If you could tell me which software you are using, i could tell you where to find the setting. :D
